If you live in, or are visiting, the central belt of Scotland I would highly recommend a visit to The Kelpies. They are a very popular modern attraction and it's not hard to see why.

Due to the fact they are relatively new, the disabled facilities and access features in Helix Park are very good. There are two mains car parks, both with a number of blue badge bays, and there is a good sized accessible toilet in the main visitor centre.
The clip below follows the path along the canal from The Kelpies, through Falkirk, and onto the Falkirk Wheel - another big modern Scottish attraction.
